Lebanon Sports Centre is a retail store specializing in top of the line outdoor clothing, footwear, archery, firearms, fishing and hunting equipment, paintball, hiking, kayaking, and other equipment for outdoor activities.
	Ledge Light Federal Credit Union In Groton, Connecticut Londregan completed the sale of land on the behalf of the owner/developer, Dunn Associates, to the credit union of pharmaceutical giant, Pfizer.
	MJ Sullivan Automotive On behalf of its principal, Martin J. Sullivan, Londregan has completed several transactions including: • 8,400 square foot strip center sale in Quaker Hill, Connecticut • 17,000 square foot retail building sale in New London, Connecticut • 2.5 acres of land sale on Bank Street in New London, Connecticut • 1.2 acres of land sale on Colman Street in New London, Connecticut • Land and building lease on Colman Street in New London, Connecticut to Bess Eaton Donuts now Tim Hortons. • 31,000 square foot lease to Bob’s Discount Furniture Stores in New London, Connecticut.
	Napa Auto Parts Londregan completed the 5,000 square foot retail lease for the relocation of NAPA Auto Parts to its site opposite Stop & Shop in Waterford, Connecticut.
	National Loan Investors Waterford, CT Londregan represented National Loan Investors in their sale of the I-95 property to Charles Secor for a proposed automobile dealership. New London, CT Londregan represented National Loan Investors in their sale of the multi-tenanted property at the corner of Montauck and Willett’s Avenues in New London, Connecticut.
	Pezzello Brothers Distributors Londregan represented the Buyer of the Former Gorra Brothers Fruit and Produce retail and distribution facility on Jefferson Avenue in New London, Connecticut.
	Plaza Ford Londregan has represented the principals of Plaza Ford, Gray Widlitz and Richard Karsmarski in several transactions including: completed lease up of the Brooks Plaza following their development design for Brooks Pharmacy. Tenants by Londregan included Charter Oak Medical Center, Kings Garden Restaurant, Bee Bee Dairy, Ichban Restaurant. 	New London Veterinary Clinic Londregan represented the Seller, Shipman Fire Equipment in the sale of the property that has been renovated and converted in the New London Veterinary Clinic on Cross Road in Waterford, Connecticut.
	Shetucket Plumbing Londregan completed the 13,700 Square Foot lease to Shetucket Plumbing Supply on Custom Drive in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. The building houses the company’s showroom and warehouse and distribution needs in the Connecticut Shoreline marketplace.
	Shipman’s Fire Equipment Londregan completed the sale as the sole broker of land on Cross Road in Waterford for the relocation and expansion of Shipman’s Fire Equipment from their former location further south on Cross Road in Waterford, Connecticut.
	The Leatherman Londregan was the sole broker in the transaction of the two buildings acquired by this sandal and belt manufacturer in Essex, Connecticut. 	Allstate Insurance Londregan represented the landlord and the tenant in the relocation of Allstate Insurance to their Waterford, Connecticut office.
	City of New London Londregan was the sole broker in the transaction of 140 acres on Fire Street in the town of Montville to the city of New London Water Authority for the preservation of its downstream watershed, Lake Konomoc in Waterford, Connecticut.
	Ear Nose and Throat Associates of New London Londregan represented both Landlord, Levine Insurance, and the Tenant in the lease of this US Route 1 office building to which EN&T Associates has relocated its office of 25+ years from New London.
	HB Nitkin Group Londregan has completed several transactions with the HB Nitkin Group, a well respected real estate investor located in Greenwich, Connecticut. Londregan assisted Nitkin as its broker in the purchase of the 40,000 square foot mixed use center known as Latimer Brook Commons for $1.725 Million. As an equity partner and leasing agent for the property, Londregan completed leases with L & M Hospital, Visiting Nurse Association, Tupperware and others to bring the center to 100% occupancy. 	Hampton Inn Groton, CT Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group represented the seller Dunn Associates of Niantic, a local Real Estate Developer. The Buyer, Paradise Properties of Oakdale was represented by John Jensen of Pequot Properties of Waterford.
