Pasta Vita relocating to the site just off Interstate-95
Old Saybrook, CT - Chuck
Ambulos and Liz Meyer-Gadon of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group,
represented the Buyer
and the Seller in the purchase and sale of the building known as
Atlas
Fence at 225 Elm Street. The Buyers, Rich Cersosimo and Lou Castanho
plan to relocate their
famous “replacement meal” store, Pasta Vita to the new
location. Pasta Vita a twelve year old
business that sells to the wholesale and retail markets. Chuck Ambulos

The renovation of the
new building and an extensive kitchen facility installation has begun
in anticipation of the grand
opening of the new store in May 2004.
Pasta Vita’s new location is just off exit 77 of Interstate-95
in Old Saybrook with visibility from the
highway.
