make its entry into the New England market under the direction
of franchisee, Round Robin LLC, a division of The U.S. Foods Companies
of Manchester. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers & Spirits is based
in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
This 191-unit chain was a Nation’s Restaurant News Golden Chain
Awards winner in 2000. Red Robin’s chain average sales volume
is $3 million. What makes the 6,300 s/f Red Robin an attractive alternative
