3.5 acre site sold to Hampton Inn in Groton
Londregan and Pequot broker $520,000 land sale

Groton, CT - Hampton Inn has begun construction of a new 80 guest-room hotel on Long Hill Road. The 3.5 acre site was recently sold by Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group and Pequot Commercial for $520,000. The seller, Dunn Associates of Niantic, a local real estate developer, along with Londregan Commercial, has successfully co-branded the entire eleven acre parcel with Applebee's Neighborhood Bar and Grill and Ledgelight Federal Credit Union. The road widening and traffic light installation is being completed by Dunn G Associates. The $14 million development project has been named The Gateway to Groton, given its location on U.S. Rte. 1 just off I-95.
