East Lyme, CT - Timothy Londregan of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group and Susan Howard and Jim White of US Properties of New London have brokered the sale of a 31,000 square foot office and industrial building located on Route 156 just off interstate 95 in Niantic, Connecticut. Inncom International of New Jersey and Old Lyme, Connecticut has acquired the property to serve as its new world headquarters. INNCOM develops, manufactures, and markets advanced guestroom control systems to the global lodging industry. The Company is the acknowledged leader in the rapidly growing market. Howard and White of US Properties represented the Buyer in the transaction. The Seller, Rockwood Services Corporation of Houston, Texas, has agreed to a leaseback of approximately one third of the complex. Londregan, of Londregan Commercial, represented Rockwood Services Corporation. Financing was provided by the Connecticut
