Mr. Londregan first became licensed to practice real estate in 1987. He has held licenses in the states of Virginia, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Completed transactions include several notable regional and national companies including CVS, Brooks Pharmacy, Stop & Shop, Wendy's International, Krispy Kreme, Blockbuster Video, General Medical Corporation, Bob's Discount Furniture, Airborne Express, and Dunkin’ Donuts. Mr. Londregan served as Real Estate Director to Bess Eaton Coffee & Bake Shops in Westerly, Rhode Island prior to the sale of the chain to Wendy's International and its conversion to Tim Horton's. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has spent over ten years in the hotel and restaurant industry. He was one of the youngest Directors of Sales and Marketing when he worked for Hilton Hotels Corporation in New Jersey, Virginia, and New York in 1987. Mr. Londregan serves on the Board of Directors of The Shea Perpetual Trust, and The Connecticut Sports Foundation Against Cancer.

Barbara Barron, Administrative Assistant

Ms. Barron designs and creates the brochures, booklets, trade advertisements, and the website. She collects data from many sources to be used for the brochures and research projects. Ms. Barron is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and majored in Graphic Design. She worked for three years as a legal secretary.
